Grade 5 and 6 had a wonderful day exploring fortress ruins and old tombs of kings. Our students have been excellent in taking photos for their social studies project and learning a bit more about the treasures Korea has to offer. Our pupils have also enjoyed themselves, with two awesome traditional meals and great friends, it is easy to have fun. We are now checked into our hotels and enjoying some team bonding games in the hotel grounds.

Report from Mr. Howell:
We had a great trip down to the city of Kongju today where we enjoyed a meal of the region's specialty bibimbap. We then visited a famous fortress and enjoyed the beautiful mountain scenery. Afterward we explored some ancient royal tombs and burial chambers. A short snack break helped us to continue our journey to Byunsan, where we savored a full course Korean meal and then settled into our hotel. Everyone is in good spirits and making the most of out time together.
